The only stipulation for listing on WebCottages is that your property must be within the UK.
If you have more than one property to promote, then they offer substantial discounts. Once your basic listing has been created, you can enhance it by adding detail such as a features list, you can add an availability calendar (which you can even install on your own website) and you can take advantage of their Special Offers/Late Availability page at no extra cost.
WebCottages state, that the site is designed to put you fully in control of your listing. Once registered, you can upload all details about your property, including pictures. You can make changes as often as you like, whenever you like.
