This site claims to be the webs favourite villa and holiday homes directory. Their concept is to provide holiday home owners and agents with a complete system to operate their rentals.
Their system takes bookings, forwards enquiries, and processes credit card payments - 24 hours a day. They also market their clients’ properties through marketing sites and both the number of properties and bookings has been growing year by year.
Their businesses were acquired by the Daily Mail & General Trust PLC in August 2006 for the group's travel subsidiary Teletext Ltd.
All customers are sent an email when they return from their holiday inviting them to submit a review of their stay at your property.
Villarenters is therefore unique because all recommendations are entirely independent customer reviews and are not their based opinion, as they do not inspect any properties. The happier your customers are - the better reputation you have.
